Head of AgencyMark has over 15 years experience working with clients on how technology and the web can help them attract, engage and retain the best talent. And he is still going strong. He's worked with some high-profile brands, delivered some award-winning projects, met some great people and had a lot of fun along the way. That Little Agency is his baby, and while it started ugly it is growing into a pretty little toddler.
Sophy Gamble
Client PartnerSophy has a huge amount of experience in employer branding and marketing having held senior roles in a number of Bristol agencies. A true coder at heart, he is a man who relishes a challenge. And trust us, we throw them at him on a daily basis. He is talented and has an impressive portfolio of award-winning and highly-effective work, but more than that he is a genuinely great person to work with.

Marketing PartnerWe've known Ben since he was in short trousers. A marketing consultant with extensive experience working with human resourcing and recruitment clients, he has seen the positive effects of good employer branding. With qualifications in CIM and CIPD, he brings strategic marketing capabilities along with in-house HR and employee communications experience.
Meet Ted, Consigliere and office dog
Trusted confident and general pain in the bum, Ted is responsible for keeping the team calm and focused. He has no discernible account handling skills, can’t design, can’t code and can’t write copy. This sounds a lot like Mark really.
But Ted can chase cats. Really, really well. Although, he hasn’t caught one yet. And he probably wouldn’t know what to do with one if he did. Oh, and he does the invoicing.
