A little background
Reward Gateway – better known to us as RG – has a very noble mission to ‘make the world a better place to work’. They have over 450 colleagues working across seven offices in North America, Europe and Australasia and every one of them is working hard to achieve their mission. Our objective was to better articulate what it is that makes RG a great place to work; what they do, the opportunities they offer and how they support their colleagues. And, of course, pointing the right job seekers towards the right jobs.
A key aspect of our brief was the need to build the website using their CMS of choice, Hubspot, and supporting them as they implemented their new ATS, Pinpoint. Never ones to shirk a challenge, we worked with their global brand, communications and recruitment teams to deliver something they all love – the new Reward Gateway careers website.
